I can understand how the itch can easily drive you crazy as I
had experienced it myself. I was twice stung by bunch of sandflies,
and for some reasons I was allergy to them. The next day my legs
were covered with red dots (the bite mark) as if I had measles and
the itch just kept me up for a few nights until I broke down and
cried.
